Shows what a sh1t state football is in when clubs now employ a 'loans' manager! What the hell does he do outside the transfer window?
A Loans Manager works on a plan to progress the career of a young footballer.If a loan is deemed to be the way forward,that Manager then negotiates with teams wanting the player,agrees the terms & conditions,watches the player perform for the loan team and is in constant discussion with the young player & the loan club.Not just a job for the transfer windows.

Why would any Manager worth having join the Club when such a toxic atmosphere exists?There is a small section of the fan base that believes ITFC belongs in the Premiership but unless a billionaire comes in,how do you fund that.MM did the best he could with two buttons and a sixpence.He was replaced with somebody trying to replace the team in one fell swoop.Lambert is out of his depth and Evans needs guidance on running a football club.However,the personal attacks,the negativity,the divisiveness needs to stop,get behind the team and what will be will be.Would-be Managers are watching and it'll take a lot to persuade them that this a united Club they should take on. |

The games in hand provide some optimism,the goal difference provides the reality check.Ipswich may/may not make the play offs but have no chance of winning promotion until they score far more goals.The loans were a huge mistake as it's time to have faith in your youth and use the season to give them experience.Lambert is out of his depth and needs to go.Evans needs to take a step back and bring in a Football Director who knows the game.Keep the same way of working and it'll be a relegation fight next season.MM & TC are doing great at Cardiff and i was sorry to see him go but he's not coming back and time to stop the should've,could've,would've debate. |

My view was MM was doing a great job with two buttons and a sixpence.Didn't think Hurst or Lambert were correct choices.However,when MM had the chance of promotion in Jan'15,ME didn't invest.When PL had the chance of promotion in Jan'20,ME didn't invest.I'm not criticising an owner who contributes such vast sums keeping the Club afloat but would've thought a man of his business acumen would've known when to spend wisely.You can't keep changing managers as each will try to take the Club in a different direction. |
