Spot on 2000 is the minimum allocation in the EFL unless your ground holds less than 20k then it's 10% subject to safety advice. I couldn't believe Sun'land only gave us 2000. That was mean. |

Gives away far too many free kicks imo, instead of holding up play and winning free kicks. |

Club World Cup, plus contracts start 1st July, financial year end 30th June for most clubs, players away on holiday. Who wants to splash the cash or add funds in last year's accounts apart from those in FFP trouble eg Villa who have just sold their women's team to avoid a breach. |

He was putting money in. Fans told him to F off. He then refused to put in any more of his own money. Fan Power. Club to be renamed Sheffield Sunday League FC. Me and my missus were almost caught up in it when their lads tried to ambush our lads after the game at Hillsborough. That almost stopped my missus wanting to go to any more games, so good riddance. |

Surely he'll be sharing with HM after the love in v MU. They seemed very pally during that game. |
 | Forum Reply | The ridiculous shytehousery in the penalty box at corners CAN be ended…. at 07:35 13 May 2025
It's simple. The league needs to layout what is and isn't allowed. Deliberately running into someone with no attempt to go around is illegal. Using your arms to deliberately make your profile bigger and preventing an opponent from running around you is or should be illegal. Holding is illegal. Impeding the goalkeeper is illegal. As others have said, allow the kick to be taken and let VAR do its job. Brentford should have had a penalty but the goal should have been disallowed. Defenders soon learned to keep their arms close to their bodies, once the handball rule was explained to them. |
 | Forum Reply | Aside of the really obvious errors, VAR is just as random as refereeing. at 18:31 6 May 2025
If analysts are to have a role, surely it's to analyse referees' performances and to produce a league table. Is big team bias an issue? I'm sure the data is there; they just need to publish it to prevent nebulous statements. Btw, A Burnley supporter friend of mine predicted that we would play two, top four teams in our first two games in the prem. It happened to them the year before. |

VAR have been told not to get involved. Why can't refs follow the rugby league model and admit that they didn't see enough to make an informed decision and would like VAR to make the decision. I think football refs are too afraid of mistakes in case Alan Shearer and Co tear them apart. |

I almost signed up for Sky before the season because I thought we'd be on sky a lot. I'm glad I didn't. I have Amazon Prime anyway and I just do pay-per-view if we're on TNT or Now TV if we're on sky. I'm definitely not out of pocket. |

Only in a Tom Clancy novel would a Russian sleeper be elected to POTAS and help the Kremlin take over the world. So it can't possibly be true. Besides, Trump looks more like a Bond villain. BTW I'm claiming the mineral rites for when 2024 YR4 hits the earth in 2032. |

In today's football the 2nd one's a yellow. However, the next time you're standing in a queue and someone puts a hand on you shoulder, fall down and see what you get. |

One of our cats brought in a mouse which escaped into the kitchen and disappeared. A short while later there was a small family of mice so the original was probably pregnant.tbe cats were useless. I bought several humane traps and a jar of peanut butter. Catching the little cuties and releasing them was easy. However, the pesky critters seemed to find their way back in. I then released them about a Mile away from the house and the problem has disappeared along with the mice. |

I had the problem for the coventry game. The site wasn't mobile friendly at the time. At the fourth attempt, it worked if I turned my phone to landscape, although that hadn't worked at a previous attempt. |
 | Forum Reply | Anyone know how many Cov tickets there roughly are... at 13:36 31 Jan 2025
I'm just so pleased to have got my tickets today. I've been stuck on 14 points all season despite being in every ballot. I think that people with more points than me deserve to get priority over me. I was unlucky last season to have too many work commitments but I go whenever I can. We need a good cup run for the squad and the fans. COYB |

Delap could learn alot from Haaland. Haaland is much more subtle at bullying defenders. He uses his physique to out-muscle opponents rather than getting himself booked. |
