Think whatever you want on that first booking, minor contact or no contact, but if that is a booking for a dive then the referee should be booking 4 or 5 players a game. For example he doesn't give their penalty at first so why no booking for a dive?
On top of that compare the Newcastle pen to the one we should have had against Leicester it laughable when VAR chooses to get involved |

Our set pieces are awful, it's embarrassing how bad they are.
Davis looked poor, worst I have seen him.
Delap greedy when simple passes are on, doesn't seem to link up with anyone. We need him to link with others like Hirst and Chappers did last year.
Clarke has moments but his end product is severely lacking.
Philogene went missing for the 1st half, maybe plan was to mark Eze out of the game?
Positives, Wolfenden looked solid, midfield pair had decent games Enciso adds to the attaching threat. |

Tbf injuries and suspensions have not helped us.
Problem is I suspect we will change again for the Forrest game. Expect to see Wolfy, Burgess, Johnson and Townsend come in at the back. |

This was always going to be tough, we are a very inexperienced club coming up two divisions.
We have an ownership group, management, coaching staff and players that are all inexperienced at this level.
We will be better for this year in the prem regardless of what happens! |

Even our two goals tonight came from nothing.
Too many games this season we look out of ideas once we get anywhere near the box.
As much as I love Delap I'd like to see Hirst given a run out as his link up play could help.

But he didn't do anything 2nd half, a large issue with us at home for me. We look good in the first half and then struggle to take the momentum into the 2nd half |

Can anyone say the refereeing has improved.
For me it has gotten worse, and I am not blaming it for our current position. I have laughed at many decisions that have wrongly gone out way (penalty vs Chelsea for example).
The problem in the prem is the referees seems so much more arrogant despite making awful decisions.
Do other sport have this issue with refereeing or is it just football? |

We have conceded 54 goals we need to look at our tactics defensively.
The high pressure worked in L1 and Champ, it clearly is not working here.
I head so many people out of the ground bemoaning Philogene, and yes he was poor but he was not the reason we conceded 4 goals. Godfrey was absolutely awful, Greaves bar a few last gasp tackles he was out of position and slow on so many occasions. |

I agree with this, but players looking from the outside in would see it this way, which makes it difficult to persuade many to come here IMO |
