Don't get me started on Grahame Hick. England and Wales really ballsed up his International career but consistently dropping him. If he would had been given the luxury that some today get, he would have been a fantastic servant to England and Wales |

People have to separate the playing side Vs the corporate side I the operations. For most the club is just a company that pays their wages, it's akin to a corporate job, albeit in a more interesting place! People leave for jobs all the time, football is no different |

Thanks, though it was posted as a discussion rather than anything else, but feel free to make your own assumptions here 😂 |

Certainly didn't post this to cause trouble. Was sent the list this morning, so presumed it was public knowledge. Have just seen they are officially announced later on today! |

Just had it for the third time since 2019. This was the worst, probably aided by no further vaccines since 2021. Its taken me probably 10 days to almost fully bounce back,.no real pain or suffering just absolute fatigue. Spent most of last week sleeping or just on the sofa. |
 | Forum Reply | Ipswich cinema prices! at 01:54 21 Jun 2025
Near us (West Country) Vue cinemas have been the winner by miles! It used to be 5.99 per seat, though you could go VIP for 7.99. Now they have spent a decent chunk on upgrading th cinemas, all tickets are 8.99, which has the same level of comfort as the previous VIP. Even at that price it's still an amazing deal when compared to other bog cinema chains. |

Yes that's the one! Near the sea front and old bus station. The man who ran it always used to give me free scraps to go with my chips |

There used to be a cracking one in Felixstowe when I was a kid, on a roundabout. Uses to go there all the time |

Start to cough/complain of an itchy throat/sniffly a few days before. On the day itself you've woken up feeling like cr@p and don't feel confident moving too far away from the toilet. Blame kids bringing big back home from school. Simples |
 | Forum Reply | Delap at 23:00 2 Jun 2025
It's an interesting thought. There is nothing that we can do to hang onto Delap as we will be relegated and the fee in his contract has been met. It sounds like it is about the timing of the deal. If we are officially relegated till the end of June, then that's when the clause would kick in. Similar to TAA at Liverpool, Madrid paid a lump sum to get him early. So the might be some wriggle room to get something additional back so we let him go early so he can play in the Club Championship. |

Noice, I've always thought he would be a cracking Labour leader and was saddened when he stepped away from the HoC for the Mayoral role |
 | Forum Reply | Chelsea ask Liam Delap to snub England U21s for Club World Cup at 16:44 2 Jun 2025
It's an interesting one. Unders 21s are a stepping stone to the full England squad, if he was on the verge of getting called up by National team then this won't have any impact unless he's been told by the FA that skipping it will make him get pushed further down the pecking order. From his career perspective it makes sense for him to do the Club Tournament. It'll give him time to adjust to his new club, start to form relationships with the other players, and will no doubt give him a better chance to push for club game time rather than playing for under 21s. |
 | Forum Reply | Where does Godfrey rank in worst loan signings? at 09:55 2 Jun 2025
Just ran a query and got this... Will depend on the engine and what info it has access to (I have no recollection of who Jordan Graham is!) One of the most frequently cited candidates for the worst loan signing in Ipswich Town's history is Jordan Graham, who joined the club on loan from Wolverhampton Wanderers in 2018. Why Jordan Graham's Loan Was So Poorly Regarded Minimal Impact: Graham made only four appearances during his loan spell, failing to make any significant contribution on the pitch. Fan Discontent: His performances were met with frustration from supporters. One fan notably remarked: > "His Town ‘career’ is summed up by a pointless dive against Norwich and that awful free kick against Hull." Early Termination: The loan was cut short in January 2019, with Graham returning to Wolves after just a few months. While other loan signings like Mark Fish had brief or underwhelming stints at Ipswich, Graham's lack of impact and the swift termination of his loan make his tenure particularly notable. Honorable Mention Mark Fish: The South African defender's loan spell in 2005 lasted just 45 minutes before he was substituted and never played for the club again. In summary, while several loan signings have failed to meet expectations at Ipswich Town, Jordan Graham's short-lived and ineffective spell stands out as particularly disappointing. |

What was the was question that was asked of the AI engine? That often dictates the quality of the answer you get. As the scope of the engines knowledge is vast, how you frame the question matters more. If you just ask "who was the worst ever loan signing for Ipswich Town" then the response will be limited in scope. If you open up the question by setting the scene "imagine you are a football pundit, who takes a stastical based approach, but also incorporates fan opinion..." The response will be very different. Most people use a single line prompt to ask their question when in reality, the best prompts to feed an AI engine are often multiple sentences. What may seem obvious to us humans isn't (yet) there for some AI. AI will replace certain jobs, I has already and has been doing it for years without people realising it. It will however create a whole new raft of jobs and opportunities that we don't even know about yet. Think back to when the work works relied on paper and pen, people argued that computers would take people's job, which they did, only to replace them with new ones. |
 | Forum Reply | Norwich and Manning at 11:38 1 Jun 2025
Manning was mentioned by a few as a potential replacement should McKenna move on. He's a solid choice and am a bit surprised that he's moved on from Brizzle City after this season. Obviously his East Anglican heritage has something to do with it. Hopefully he's going in as an undercover agent for us and will get them relegated. A bit like Liam Gibbs who is doing a great job in sending the Budgies back to mediocrity |

You've broken the internet! It's a weird one, up until a few months ago the free version used to return almost instantaneous images, but recently it's taken a lot longer often over night I've found. I was using it this morning and boom it returned an image within 15 seconds. Probably down to how busy the servers are, also maybe when the US comes online it has a lot more to do. |
