Sharp Talks Ongoing
at 14:41:19

Sometimes a player just needs to feel loved. He knows he will get that at Portman rd. would show the rest of the league we are serious about getting promoted. Four good strikers at the club and Paul Taylor. That is the same reason for getting an experienced goalkeeper in as well. Then could loan Crowe out to gain league experience. Like the way MM & TC are being backed by ME. Long May this continue.

Sears Switch Confirmed
at 13:44:27

If any chance of signing sharp comes up, take it and release, sell or loan out bajner. Four quality strikers should be enough to get us up. Sharp and sears, or SAS we already have M&M s.
Plenty of fire power. Still need cover in the back four.

Former Blue Price Could Return
at 13:29:25

Lewis is a great guy with a top work ethic, never let the team down when he played. People forget ME was not about back when he was in the team, was sold too early, but had to balance the books. Then done the same with N.alexander six months later. Two players that cost us nothing sold at a profit, can't say that about many other signings especially from that period up until MM getting the job. Great to see him back in a town shirt. I would sell gerken and sign him permanatly.

Blues in for Sears
at 13:18:05

Struggled at Colchester last season. Always a good sign that your scoring even in struggling team. If he plays, hope we give him the right service. Not a player to play long balls to. Got a bit of pace. Like J.Rhodes has served his time in lower league, and is in form. Want to see some hungry players with some quality come in, and he fits the bill. MM says with have a small squad. But this small squad is talented and ready to fight all the way. Would always rather this than a large squad (like under keane and jewell) with out the quality. MM trusts his players, and in turn they and us the fans trust him.

McCarthy Delighted to Please Big Crowd
at 08:37:36

He should be delighted to please the crowd whatever the size. Funny how we're doing well and people go back. I fully support the approach MM and TC have to the game. Direct efficient football, if it gets us promoted then fair play. They know what works at this level. Don't expect too many flair players that previous managers have tried and failed. A squad full of hard working dedicated professionals willing to go the extra yards for the cause. At the expense of free flowing football. Spending money on big name players does not always work. Look at notts Forrest, Wigan, Norwich. So far we have a squad bought for £110,000 playing their hearts out pleasing the fans.
I myself am travelling round australia so can only see highlights but keep in touch with the guys back home. Bottom lime is when we are doing well the fans get behind the team, I was a season ticket holder during the royale, magliton( club legend), Roy Keane and the first part of the jewel era in charge. Long may this run continue hope to be celebrating come may.

Leicester Striker Wood Linked
at 10:31:10

We have a quality goal getter in Murphy so why sign someone for the bench. Or is it a swap deal for mcgoldrick plus some cash? He is not even the same type of player as mcgoldrick. We have a hard working team, full of players on top of their game. Why upset it with a player who has hardly played in the last four months? Keep the team together if possible. Add n.hunt who is more of a utility man. And offer ambrose till the end of season. Sammon does a lot of hard ugly work for the team albeit from the bench. We have goal scorers then he comes on to close the games out. Won't see j.williams again if teddy bishop continues his form. The club seems like a family club again unlike under the clegg era. Long may it continue.

McCarthy: Now We're Here We Want to Stay
at 06:32:54

Great thing about MM, he knows there is a whole lot more work to be done and won't get carried away with a position half way through the campaign. Brilliant to see ME back his manager and sign some strength in depth, not just squad players. Everyone will fight for their place in a MM team. Roll on May and wish this form continues. Great to see everyone pulling in the same direction

Arsenal Again Linked With Mings Move
at 09:57:43

A good player but still very raw. Could sell him with a year and a half loan back deal would suit all parties. Maturing as a quality player quite nicely. Unfortunately we are a club out of the premier league so the big boys see us as a smaller club and will always scout for the next big thing. Looks like our academy has has unearthed a few gems again. Bring on catagory one status.
