| News Comment | Lambert: Club Needs to Be Rebuilt, Some Players Will Go at 19:48:46
@footballmad You're a chopper mate; do one. We don't need people like you supporting this club. The majority of sane people know Lambert is doing his best with an appaling squad. Who would do a better job? McCarthy. Who you probably wanted out in the first place for not playing proper football in the first place. Your incredulous comments serve nothing but your own purpose to gain a reaction. Get bent. |

Samassi100Abou - I don't deny the sentiment, but controlling a beach ball is pretty tough... Even Liverpool struggle to deal with it... |
| News Comment | Police Reviewing Footage of Leeds Clash at 15:36:28
No idea about this report. However, I was behind a couple of cheeky Leeds fans in the Cobbold. Credit to these particular Leeds fans, as although they were in the wrong end, they gave a bit of banter, and gracefully took it back when we scored the winner. If only all the Leeds fans were like it... |
| News Comment | Town Back in Bottom Three at 17:13:14
Yeah that's it byebyesheepshanks. As a student from Ipswich my corporate day out in a box is totally ruined. Especially seeing as I've never been in a box and barely afford a ticket, let alone a box. For future reference, if you want to mock, copy and paste is a simple task to get the mockee's name right. Idiot. |

Don't get me wrong, I am not happy about our situation. However the league this year is so tight. Technically we could still make the playoffs if we go on a 6 game winning streak, and games go our way. Improbable, but possible. When Keane was appointed, I felt he needed until Christmas, and personally despite the atrocious decisions he made on Tuesday, generally we have been playing pretty well. Better than under Magilton with his sideways sideways back method. It was like watching the worlds most boring game of rugby. Sure we've had a bad game, there is no denying that, but we've also been VERY unlucky at times. At least there is a bit of excitement these days. Granted, I would rather it be at the top end of the table, but if this makes our end of season a bit more exiting so be it. We just need to get our heads down and work harder. We will get out of this mess. COYB! |

If true, its a sad day for the club. A true Ipswich fan with the best interests of the club at the heart of every decision. Good luck to him. |

Despite poor goalscoring record elsewhere, let's give the guy a chance. He can obviously finish with the right service. Also, we signed someone who scored a lot at this level, and proved useless (Priskin) .Plus anything that keeps Lisbie away from PR is a welcome addition in my eyes! |
| News Comment | Lisbie Happy to Stay With Colchester at 09:19:17
Is this guy actually stupid? What an insult, not just to us, but to Colchester who have "saved him" from rotting in our reserves. I wouldn't play him there to be honest. USeless at Championship level. Overpaid and wrong attitude for the game. Game over Lisbie. |
| News Comment | Keane Confident on Wickham at 12:09:35
finegrs crossed. we have nothing to lose. and from what i have seen/heard he is worth the risk. If he isn't as good as we hoped, have we lost anything? not if our current strikers are much to go by! |
| News Comment | Keane: Disallowed Goal Was Turning Point at 14:01:25
salforduniblue - true... but only when it suited him. If he was off his game it was easy to see from minute one. Don't get me wrong, he was superb at his ebst, but he fluctuated dramitically! |

I saw the game at Bristol on Saturday, and despite the usual pessimists (UEFA81 in particular), I can honestly say that it is the best football I have seen us play for years. When a new manager comes in it will take time, especially after the mess we had before (no offence to Magilton, great player, awful manager, as is being highlighted now at QPR). It is obvious where we need work, and that is upfront. Priskin has been a major disappointment, as he showed promise at Watford. However, as we all know, we haven't had much luck in that area since the signing of Marcus Stewart back in 199(8/9?). We will get there. Prime example Crystal Palace a few years ago. Bottom 3 at xmas, playoffs end of season. and we are playing better than they ever did, even at their peak. COYB! |
| News Comment | Sullivan: I Was Close to Buying Town at 00:19:16
town have been short of marketing since the marketing manager left, and it took a while to fill the role, so essentially we are 3 months down.. we'll get there!! |
