The state pension is unsustainable, the NHS is unsustainable, the benefit system is unsustainable, defined benefit pension schemes (Final Salary) are unsustainable. They all
have been for years and its been known for years.

Well done Mark.
I did the 2019 Great North Run, raising money for for Bowel Cancer UK, in memory of my daughter's boyfriend who died of the disease aged 27.
Almost did the Great South Run last year but it got cancelled the day before - we're doing it this year instead.
Any fund raising/charity donating I do tends to go to Bowel Cancer UK - or a local food bank.
Keep up the running. Its a great feeling once you've done it, but like you the thought of it and the actual running it, is not always so great.

They could well be playing Champions League football next season, whereas we'll be playing Wrexham and quite possibly Stockport County.

NO free kick specifically but you can definitely get carded for intent.
Years ago I can remember a penalty being given against my Saturday afternoon park side for 'intent'.
The ref's explanation was that in his opinion our player had intended to foul an opposition player. 🤷🏽♂️.
It didnt go down well. They scored but we still won. I think the ref felt sorry for them - and I told him so, which I think earned me a booking. |

My advice would be to not treat it like an investment, instead treat it as your home.
In that scenario the price does not really matter too much.
Obviously no-one wants to pay over the top for anything, but as a home, you are likely to live in it for quite some time, and it is more important to buy what you like for now and for the future. |
