If there was a proposal that everyone stood on their doorstep and booed for Boris, over Covid, would you take part?

Nah, stuff that. I'd rather do something useful like never support these charlatans at the ballot box.

Edit - although I suspect the real The Charlatans would do a much better job if given the chance.

Dying for him is a bit much imo. But I suppose quite a few have had to.

And that kind of sentiment, is the very reason that folk are not returning to left of centre politics. Posts like that just play into the governments hands every time.

I assume it would be an expression of opposition to him. Much like people booing players taking the knee are expressing their opposition to attempts to highlight and eradicate racism. We're still all allowed to express our feelings and views (for now).

And yet the right of centre politics/agenda that literally resulted in the murder of a Labour MP seems to have as much support as ever.

It's quite the thing isn't it? These people claiming to hate 'woke culture' and 'political correctness' but also, they cry like toddlers if people point out obvious facts like 'Boris Johnson is openly racist, homophobic and massively incompetent'.

To think there are people who downvote that, yet vote for this transparently corrupt, continually lying, incompetent so-called "governmnt" who have not only cost thousands of lives already bcause of Covid, but also continue to put thousands of lives at risk by refusing to deal adequately with the fire-risk from cladding of towerblocks

I very much doubt that. People love waving their little Union Jacks, being true patriots and sticking it to the woke lefties; the views of some people on a football board isn't going to change that.

A classic case being around Remembrance Sunday when James McClean has to explain time-and-time again why he doesn’t wear a poppy on his shirt. A lot of the tell-it-like-it-is crowd simply can’t contain their anger.

They are the biggest snowflakes around but they just can’t see it.
