The Stansfield goal celebration 09:07 - Dec 24 with 3374 viewsurbanblue

Bearing in mind it's well known that we will only bring players the 'right" personality and attitude to the club this will not be looked on favourably I would guess.

Yeah, hard to be too critical of a bloke who has endured abuse relating to his dead father and gave a little back yesterday. It’s not particularly derogatory to plymouth either, he just referenced Exeter. I would say that’s quite reserved to be fair to him.

If anything, it shows he has a bit about him. Social media has basically vilified anyone who does anything even slightly controversial. People are offended way too easily.

Exactly this - that’s for the Plymouth fans who abused him about his dead father. It’s great, imagine if this was an Ipswich born player doing the same against Norwich - we’d love it.

Embarrassing. From you, not him.

If you want a counter argument to your point, yes it will be seen favourably that the kid who was getting abused about his dead father stood in front of them all and gave some back. Our team doesnt have shrinking violets in it anymore, its full of players with self belief.

We'd love that if an ex-Town player did it against Norwich?

Chill out man. I love Jay Stansfield and have wanted us to sign him since his Exeter days. It was a bit of a tounge in cheek post.

Have a Happy Christmas eh
