Rosenior Joins Hull
Rosenior Joins Hull
Friday, 29th Oct 2010 11:05

Former Town loanee Liam Rosenior has joined Hull City on a short-term deal until January. The right-back has been looking for a club since being released by Reading in the summer, having spent the whole of last season at Portman Road.

Rosenior came close to rejoining his old side Bristol City during pre-season and more recently was linked with Leicester City.

The 24-year-old has spent the week on trial with the Tigers and impressed enough to be offered the contract.

Shame really, he was excellent for us really until Waford where he had an absolute stinker and then that was that

At his best he kept Wright out of the side for long periods of time

The fact he's only just found a club suggests his wage demands are probably fairly excessive

I guess his demands must be high as he talked about going to the Premier League, whereas I guess he has now come down to earth with a bump. That said, I think Rosenior did okay at Ipswich especially early on. I wish he were still here now (or D.Wright), as I am really uncomfortable about carrying on with the season with Peters and Eastman as the right-back options. We we don't win tomorrow, we could be in a relegation battle!

Ipswich 24 you are so right, thre has been a number of players that Keane should have signed over the year. Other than Scotland we rely on loans as Keane can't attract players in the transfer window.

It's very interesting that Roy Keane is a big name to football but he is struggling to attract players. However good luck to Rosenior and to the town at Millwall. COYB!!!!

ChambersM

No offence, but judging by your constant negitivity, you don't seem a particually likeable fella either.

best right back in the league when we had him...he would have sorted out our right back problem for the next few years...massive loss..could come back to haunt us..hope he comes down to the north stand at the end of the hull game for a standing ovation...coyb..
