They can but it isn't going to help us unfortunately. How the ref and Lino missed that is amazing.

Perhaps Didzy should have pulled his shorts down and showed them the damage caused!

As he waved play on and spoke to him about it, the FA in their own rules might not be able to do anything as Stroud/an assistant must have seen something.

A dismissal with 87 minutes to go plus 3 match ban versus a talking to ...

Just seen the video of the tackle on his tackle - that was deliberate and should have been a straight red card .

How could the ref and linesman not see it ........but will the FA act ?

If you did that to someone on the high street you would be in serious trouble-

How on earth did Dids stay on with a 4" gash? And why come out after half time to then go back in?

If that tackle was against a big team in the PL then Loovens would have been banned for three games at around 09:00 this morning and the ref would have been 'rested' for a week.

I doubt is the FA will be interested

I thought Stroud gave us a free kick, although the decision not to give Loovens even a yellow was astounding. Stroud (who was poor generally & appears not to have read the handball law) may have been unsighted, but what was the lino doing?

Seeing the highlights on sky this morning, it showed the challenge in full at half time using variable camera angles. In the defense of Stroud he was indeed unsighted with (Garner I think) obstructing his view of the incident.

But as you say linesman on the overhand was only 10 yards away & had a clear view. It was a shocking challenge & deserved a red.
