Not based solely on tonight, but Jordan Spence is really not Champ level 23:31 - Jan 2 with 3078 viewsMaySixth

He is a decent League 1 player.

Always a mistake in his game and wildly inconsistent.

He seems to get the highest rating for an outfield player quite regularly on twtd (before tonight). I know it's not an exact science but no reason to believe there would be any bias for or against him.

Too much dangling a loose foot in the tackle for me. Not brave or aggressive enough to win his battles. Which I appreciate is strange given his petulance tonight

Still our best rb by some distance.

That is damning him with faint praise.

Spence is a sign of where we are right now...

His versatility makes him a useful player, however he is no more than backup at this level.

Useful player to call upon in 5-10 games, but not to rely on over a season.

To be fair to Iorfa he nearly made an immediate impact for us, having just come on he made a great run and put in a very decent cross from a well worked free kick. Would have made it 2-0 and things could have been different.

People often praise modern defenders for their ability to attack down the wing...but aren't defenders supposed to be able to defend? Unfortunately Iorfa is another nearly man.

I'd agree to an extent, see my earlier comment about the quality of right backs at the club. But it would be churlish to not praise something he did well.

I agree the last three games I have seen him play, he scored against Forest made some decent runs, same against Qpr and Derby.
He is 22 so its understandable his defensive issues but they way some are implying that by having Iorfa playing rb for next 3 games is like some terrible thing... come on... he started the season playing and we were unbeaten... he is not the liability that some foolish fans believe then the sheep repeat.

I have just seen the Fulham goals (he is not the one Fulham players are walking around and putting on their backside)

I would play him cb, tall strong quick and rarely gets beats 1 v1

Jonny Parr was miles better at RB than Chambers, Emmanuel, Iorfa and Spence.

But fall out with the manager and he soon ships you out.

Flounce when ITFC lose, flounce about brexit and flounce about Trump.

I've watched him about 25 times now in the flesh, both home and away.

Would rather see Emmanuel playing and seeing if we can develop young talent.

Woeful recruitment.

Should have also developed Emmanuel.

I remember a section of our fans giving Iorfa his own song after one game this season.

My Wolves ST holding mate sid Iorfa was good.....about four years ago.

Quite possibly the worst defensive display I have witnessed was his performance against narwich, it was Fishesque.
