Foreign managers need to get used to managing in the Championship. Not sure his statement really excludes anyone at this stage.

Also how many managers work to our 5-point plan? They need a combination of very low transfer fees but an expensive academy and a commitment to developing youngsters. Other clubs do similar but how many have followed this stuff to the letter?
