My own favourite was Graham Potter,but the more I read,hear and see about this guy the more I think this is our man for now and the future.
ME is going to have to take a gamble because the level Mr Ross has worked at so far is proberbly below were we would normally start to look,but I think ME is about to take that gamble a bit like the Cobbolds did all those years ago.

Must admit Darrell Clarke was my fave but the more I hear about Ross the more I’m impressed. Seems a really bright guy, degree in economics, articulate and listening to the talking tactics obviously knows his football. I think he could just be the man for us.
