I thought Hurst played 4-4-2 when at Shrewsbury? Why is he persisting with one up front when it seemingly isn't even his preferred formation, especially when we have the likes of Edwards, Ward, Roberts and Rowe who can cover the wings?

The interview with PH after Exeter seemed all about attitude rather than formation.
He didn't suggest the problem was the formation and he probably knows more about it than we do.
