Failed appeals don’t automatically increase the ban, just depends what mood they’re in!

Isn't that only if it is considered a "frivolous" appeal? If they disagree with the appeal but understand the reasoning, doesn't the ban remain the same?
I would hope that it would not be seen as frivolous. |  |
