Just a thought, what about Newcastle keeper Karl Darlow on loan? An experienced, decent and reliable keeper in the Championship and exactly what we need between the sticks. I like Bart, but he's a shadow of the player he was and needs to get his confidence back and Gerken is a very decent number 2, not a regular first team keeper IMHO. We need a keeper that is dependable over the next few months and someone that can organise those in front of him, just to gain that extra few percent that could make the difference in tight games. Whilst Bart has been off form is a goalkeeper a priority for us at the moment or can good coaching make an improvement? Gerken is decent enough to take Bart out of the team for a month to get back into form. With limited loan places there are probably greater priorities.
That said, Darlow would be a good shout if Lambert did decide that. |  |

We are limited to the amount of Loan players we can fit in our team.
Having a Keeper on loan when we have 2 decent(ish) championship keepers would be a total waste.
Need to loan a striker as Priority and a RB |  | | |
