I posted on here a little while ago about a five a side game we had going on in Framlingham. This has now grown into a much more regular thing on Friday and Sunday nights.

What's the quality like? I'm part of MAN V FAT but massively unfit and not very good. I want to get my fitness back though and lose all the weight so would be keen to play. However, I wouldn't want to cause frustration due to my lack of fitness and ability. |  |

I'd say the standard is fairly average. We have some very good players, but likewise we have a number of players that aren't as good (myself included). What we try to do is mix up the teams so that overall it's an even contest. What I also like is the fact that the better players are very humble. There are no cliques and everyone gets lots of touches of the ball.
Quite a few of us have used the football as a means of getting fitter. Since I started in January, I've managed to lose over three stone and my overall health and fitness has improved massively as a direct result.
