Say again if Marcus Evans owned a funeral parlor no-one would die. How the hell he has remained in ownership for this amount of time is a mystery. Isn't there ANYONE in higher power than can force his removal or is the club simply stuck with it until HE decides to quit.

Feel sorry for his ass in a sense, there never seems enough in terms of castigation in his direction but thing is, it's all rather justified. Bet Evans isn't even aware of the Cobbold family that made this club once great, people like Mister John who possessed a sincere interest in team endeavors and went that extra mile for the sake of the club name. Evans doesn't deserve to share chairman or ownership level with such distinguished names.

Lambert is still under judgment. For all the plaudits that may go his way results AREN'T happening for us and he's had enough time to have achieved more points than where we find ourselves. Only to show that Evans ISN'T the be all and end all of the clubs issues but Yes he IS a primary factor in why this team has struggled so consistently as it has.

This is utterly pathetic. People who have a balanced view or in the vast majority, and are not "church of evans". He invested a lot. The game has changed. If someone can invest more- great. If not- thats what we have right now.

Ipswich are by far the weirdest fanbase in football. Any football owner would have a nice, smashing support here. People like Karl Oyston, Mike Ashley, Ellis Short etc etc..... they would love to be in the Evans' shoes.
