All keepers move early, at least one player always encroaches the penalty area before the kick is taken. Is VAR going to be used to make every penalty kick be re-taken? No, because it's all over the shop. [Post edited 17 Jun 2019 21:38]

"Kicked", or the defender touched her leg with her foot? And the Frenchie was already slipping on her standing foot, so no, no pen for me! And certainly no re-take. | |

There’s definite contact there and she’s nowhere near playing the ball. You’ve got to remember this isn’t football from 25-30 years ago where GBH challenges were allowed. | |

Unless my eye-sight is failing me (and it might be), it was a clear attempt to play the ball, and a coming-together of both players, any contact was minimal and didn't prevent a goal-scoring opportunity imo. | |
