I remember that like yesterday, I was only 9 and a keen autograph hunter at the time. They let me stand in front of the player's tunnel when they came back off from the pre-match warm up and every player signed my programme. It was a day to remember for me for that alone but then the Dalian show after that made it a perfect day. He was unplayable. |  |

In all the 40 years going to Portman Road, apart from the Beat, lve never seen such a beast of a player. So powerful, unplayable on his day. Scored some cracking goals. A player for Town l will never forget. Was gutted when we sold him so cheaply(as usual) to Sheffield Wednesday. Mainly because Duncan didnt know how to manage him l heard.
