Fookin gorgeous day for cycling guys - literally no traffic around :-)

If you don't get that bike out the shed today/tomorrow - you probably never will!

Good man.

Exercise is a great for both your physical and mental well being. Can think of quite a few who would benefit from trying it atm :-)

Got a wall mounted pull up bar coming and then I will be happy with my home gym stuff too!

Aren't the government guidelines that people should only be out for 1 hour of exercise a day though? No need for all that gear for an hour as you can't get far from your house unless you've driven in which case they would be breaking more rules.

Today I shall be close to the 1 hour exercise rule if I get a chance as I want to cycle along the towpath to Enfield Lock and back which according to Google will take 45 minutes each way but I'd hope to do it in less than that (32km in total). We will see how it goes.

I haven't cycled all week so really need to get out.

Nope. Seems to have become the accepted opinion of many - but no, it isn't in the government guidelines, so you can cycle, walk, run skip and jump to your heart's content. (so long as you are socially distancing)
