ITV care homes story 20:43 - May 28 with 688 viewstractordownsouth

Has this been discussed? Care homes are for the elderly or those with ongoing health conditions, so residents will be in the highest risk category. Whose idea was that to dispatch Covid patients who hadn't been tested into this environment? That has to be a massive factor in our tragically high care home death rate. Hancock has to go after this - Johnson should too but we know that won't happen yet.
