Dozzell & Nolan were stand out good today - one cross field pass from Dozzell was genuinely sublime.
Edwards, Wilson, Bishop, Ward and Toto were effective in their respective roles
Downes and Lankester added immediate value and I expect both to start the next match.
Norwood? Not so clever and if we are to 'kick on' he needs to improve and all on here, being genuine fans, will be hoping he does so.

Edwards is really coming good this year. Very impressed with him. Had high hopes after he joined but he kind of petered out (but who didn't this last couple of years?) Always thought there's a player there, but seems to be very confidence driven, like a lot of our squad. Let's hope the player we see now is here to stay. |  | | |

I don't think we'll see Lankester starting for a while. Lambert talked about him making 15-20 minute contributions for now, which is probably sensible given how long he's been out. Wouldn't be surprised to see Downes come in for Bishop soon, though. |  | | |

That’s amazing in itself - at the start of the season it was pretty obvious Nolan was the makeweight whilst Downes sported himself out. Now the question is how will Downes get back in? Bishop had a quiet game yesterday but was one of our best players against Wigan. |  |
