Ive been thinking perhaps he should start to rotate the squad, you know rest some players so they don't get tired and pick up injuries

Also perhaps he should play some players out of position, you know like try Sears at left back, give him some experience there in case we need someone to cover that position later in the season

and although the youngsters are doing well in midfield maybe we need to being a old seasoned pro in just a loan, to give some experience there
