Aside from the Tara Reade allegation (which was shown to not be credible and fell apart completely) what you are describing there in your link is the kind of inappropriate behaviour (if true) that all to often many men carry out - inappropriate touching, invading personal space, creepy comments etc.

It wasn’t a direct quote. I just asked if it can really be a coincidence that the vaccine was announced on the first working day after Biden was confirmed the winner.
