These groups always do that. Falling out, feuding and splintering over ego and personality clashes, who gets to be "der Fuhrer" of their dozen or so members, seizures of "power" by more or less extreme/open elements, or someone simply turning out to be a liability due to their sheer insanity.
One of the reasons I'm less concerned about them at a national level*. They simply can't keep it together long enough to be really effective.
