I like to think this is because like me you clearly believe that this mild mannered janitor is far from fictional? For too long the elite and Hollywood A listers have been covering up Phooeys work.

Although others will accuse me of being partial in this, Phooey is one of my favourite fictional dogs, so will definitely be included at some stage. But fear not, TWTDers, I shall not interfere in this free and fair vote.
