Chelsea...the Ipswich Town of the Premier League. 22:00 - Jan 19 with 548 viewsScuzzer

Vastly superior possession stats. Passing back and forth along the defensive line. Slow and ponderous attack unwilling to take a man on. Defenders forget about marking people. Resulting in another loss.

Town with a host of local pensioners, legends of past victories, wheeled out with their old medals to talk about the glories of the past.

And if people stop loaning their players from them they would have a squad nearly as big as ours too.

I always think of Arsenal as the Premier league version of us. Consistently underwhelming and disappointing despite a pre-season hype. Owners that don't spend, reliance on youth players, a former manager that stayed too long - arguably a key factor in the following years demise of the clubs. At least our fanbase isnt as pathetic as theirs but it looks as though we're moving in that direction with the guy who cries on social media and gets told off by his mum.
