Decoys, mate. Chuck smoke bombs across the street to draw the security fellas out the hut to investigate, and in you pop behind them. Standard mid-90’s video game tactics.

Hi BA. I don't know if you saw this but wondered if it might be something you guys would be interested in. Quite a few seemed to like the idea;

Protest idea - Give Lambert The Red Card by The_Flashing_Smile 23 Jan 2021 18:56
Obviously we can't chant "Lambert out" at games. So how about if Blue Action made some postcards... red (as in giving Lambert the red card), with that simple message on them. Or maybe, actually, "Marcus, give Lambert the red card" on them. Fans could then order one online, plus the price of a stamp, and Blue Action stamp them and stick them in the post to ITFC. Seems to me that would be really easy to do, would only cost a couple of quid per person, and you could have sackfuls heading to Portman Road.

I dunno. It seems to me that in these unusual times you need an unusual way to protest. I think cancelling iFollow/your ST is too much for a lot of people. In a lockdown, and having lost my job, the footy is still something to look forward to. Even if just to escape from life/the missus for a couple of hours. While I admire those cancelling, I don't think you're realistically going to get enough doing it to make enough of a difference. This idea would be cheap and much easier to do for many.

Trust the process. Trust Phil.

Sorry mate, forgot to reply to that.

I like the idea- we discussed something similar to that a while back actually. A few people have asked about doing print-offs of the newspaper page since last night too.

We’ll have a think about it, but if Phil says it’s getting close, then hopefully Lambert will dig his own grave this week and we can save the postman the trouble.

That needs to be recreated as bill boards around the town...due to the lockdown, outdoor ad space is relatively cheap right now, blue action should crowd source a campaign to fund it. Might get in touch to sort and put some cash up..

How much for one of those big billboards? Our version of 3 Billboards over Ebbing Missouri!

I assumed that was a subtle little joke there tbh.

As in, even the local police agreed with the action.

I could be wrong and it may well be literal.

I would have been well within my rights to give J2 a jolly good whoosshhh for that.

You are allowed some daily exercise. I think you can do so with one person outside? So not exactly stretching the boundaries to go for a walk and do that along the way.

Whooosshhh 🤣👍🏻
