My analogy is of Ipswich as a sick family pet.
It was on its last legs 13 years ago and the family vet (Evans) came along and has been treating the pet to.extend its life.
However the poor mutt should of been put down all those years ago. It would of been the more humane thing to have done instead of letting the poor animal its family suffer for so many years
