EADT.......the stats don’t lie 06:32 - Jan 27 with 993 views | Paramedic | STATS DON’T LIE Ultimately, the outcome was yet another defeat to a ‘promotion rival’ that didn’t exactly have to pull up any trees. In their eight games against the current top seven, the Blues have picked up not a single point and managed to score just twice. Home matches against Hull, Charlton, Portsmouth, Peterborough and Sunderland have been lost by an aggregate scoreline of 9-0. That’s six losses in the last seven outings at Portman Road.

EADT.......the stats don’t lie on 06:39 - Jan 27 with 938 views | Paramedic | Oh and theres this bit........ It’s now a club-record 19 successive matches in which Town have failed to lead at half-time. It's 20 defeats from the last 33 live televised games (W3 D10 L20). It’s 19 points claimed from the last 16 games. And it’s seen Ipswich drop to 10th in the table (albeit with games in hand on several of the teams above them). [Post edited 27 Jan 2021 7:37]

All those stats from both your posts are damning, combined with our analytical game data it reflects a side that is in a relegation battle. There’s no doubt that if this is allowed to continue, finishing top half of the table will be a real achievement. [Post edited 27 Jan 2021 7:40]

The only time we've come back from a losing position was against Plymouth with 10 men. As soon as we lose the first goal, that's pretty much it. When did we last win a game from letting in the first goal (against 11 men)? The stat against the top teams is pathetic. Not even 1 draw. That pretty much tells you the state of this team. Shrewsbury at home in November we won from behind. But that was a one off, and very fortunate with the equaliser.

On this form we won’t be stuck here for 15 years. We’ll be League 2 and possibly worse.
