I actually think give Dyer and Butcher a chance.

It's still Cowleys for me but I think Dyer would be capable - just worried about giving it to a relative novice when getting in the top 6 is so important this year.

It's still Cowleys for me but I think Dyer would be capable - just worried about giving it to a relative novice when getting in the top 6 is so important this year.

The other thing to consider is the total lack of support in the club's structure for him. I want him do well, not spend his time fighting against constraints that don't need to be there.
