One of my colleagues said they their 'dinner' when they get in from work whereas I have my breakfast like normal before heading to bed for the day, what do you do and is there a right way to do it

So even if I've done an all-nighter, I'll still eat Toast/Porridge/Egg and Bacon delete as applicable at 7am even if I go to bed immediately afterwards.

Yeah I did nights for a few years and when I started I didn't know whether to have cornflakes when I finished, or steak and chips with red wine, or even red wine on my cornflakes... It did occur to me that someone buying beer after finishing work at 6pm gave a different impression to someone buying them at 8am. Especially when there were school kids in the same queue. I eventually found out that the method you describe was the best one. Saving the beer for a day off. [Post edited 8 Feb 2021 7:38]
