That's an insight into his frame of mind for sure. It's all too much trouble for him right now. He doesn't seem to have any drive and passion to want to do the job. Age has got little to do with it other than he's tired of the job and of not doing well.

Hodgson in his 70s. Mick, Warnock & Ancelotti in their 60. Klopp, Pep , Dyche all about the same age.
