Despite his obvious restriction lift of the UK from the 19th, he still floated in that the 12th July would still be the confirmation date of it all

well DWP have already contacted all customers advising all meetings will now be face to face due to the lifting of all restrictions.

pretty pointless saying the 12th then really wasn't it considering today was the day they would have the next set of Data to look at before confirming the 19th.

He probably said that because the science and medical advisors begged him to. Covid can run wild and Boris is too worried about saving face to do anything.
