My bank has started doing the online statement with the newest entry first, so effectively it reads backwards.

My recently 'improved' their websites. I have gone all "Mrs Trellis' on them but been told 'it is unlikely to be changed in the foreseeable future unless there is a significant customer demand' I pointed out Id emailed 3 times and have asked them to clarified how many times I would have to email them for it to be deemed "a significant customer demand"

I think I'm emailing the same bank for the same reason. Didn't think of Mrs Trellis approach. I went straight for "disgruntled of Tunbridge Wells" - only it's Wickham Market..
