Goal difference 10:09 - Aug 5 with 603 viewschicoazul

Looking back over the last 5 seasons with the exception of 19/20 it seems you need a goal difference of +40 ish and to concede fewer than 40-ish to finish top two in this league.
Does our forward line have it in them to come up with 60 goals between them, with another 20 or so from elsewhere? With 4231 and hearing Cook talking about flying fullbacks and defending with a box of 4 it pits a lot of emphasis on the front 4 and the FBs to get the goals we need. It’s going to need at least 4 players to get into double figures for goals unless say Bonne has a Murphy esque year.

Well Pigott and Fraser got 34 between them last year in worse teams, so no reason they can't here. Especially with the service Burns, KVY and Chaplin will (hopefully) offer.

Think we should be OK for goals at centre-forward now — but we will definitely need the wide men and those floating around to crop up with their fair share. Burns will be good to have but, as I've said before, doesn't really have the history of doing that. Maybe Cook will get it out of him. Chaplin should get 10 or so, you'd think. Dobra could explode or bomb, hopefully the former. I think we need, and will absolutely 100% sign, another very good attacking option for wide positions.

Only 1 of them can take penalties in our team though, check out how many of those are penalties (especially Fraser)

Lots of pens for those two.

Think you’re right about the winger. Worst ways we need one of them and a Sam Morsy type for midfield. Chaplin I think will be our best player this year, absolute quality at this level. I know he only just arrived but it’s mad to hear and see some people pick a team without him in it.
