Monumental change 23:36 - Sep 14 with 1007 views | sixtouchfootball | Has such a monumental change in personnel ever resulted in instant success? And by that, i mean not just players but a club from top to bottom. Owners, chairman, ceo, players, academy staff, coaches?? All in 6 months. I for one could see this kind of situation coming. It will take time. I think the players coming in have been told promotion is the target and it's the chalice around our neck. Cook, or no Cook, it's a tough one for anyone. Improvement needed but not sure it's going to be very soon. STF. | | | | |

I think they won the fa cup that season. They bought Bruce, Pallister, Neil Webb, Mike Phelan, Mark Hughes, Jim Leighton, Irwin and Danny Wallace I think, and others I'm sure.
