I know that the original JRB was scrapped when the Furlough was extended, but there was talk at the time of a retention incentive being paid to businesses who kept on their staff.
This £1,000 bonus per employee would be a massive lifeline for numerous struggling small businesses and I am worried that this has been conveniently forgotten about by the government.
Has anyone got any information?

Given that we have a huge number of job vacancies across the country, and furlough was being blamed for a lot of that, the idea of financing inactive workers more seems a bit silly, but that may be a simplistic view from myself.
