Was a little bit sad about the forum last night 10:37 - Nov 9 with 6381 views | wkj | There reality of Gamechanger's plans sunk in and hearing the suggestion they have a transition strategy for the end of their tenure here jolted me a little. Don't get me wrong, I have faith in their plans whilst they're with us, and they sound like they're doing a remarkable job in fixing up the stadium and facilities. I am very glad they took us over. It's just in that mmoment I realised that ITFC are a tiny pawn in a much larger game. Oh well, at least they were open and honest - even when asked embarrassing questions like the Crewe game etc.

Was a little bit sad about the forum last night on 12:22 - Nov 9 by wkj | The part I don't get - is we made a massive loss year-on-year under Evans, and he was slashing the costs behind the scenes. GC20 have come in and are planning a lot of improvements to the infrastructure and facilities, and are somehow expecting to show growth on the investment? I have no doubt that GC20 trust in their plan and will do everything in their power to grow the club and it's value - I just cant get past the logic of a club in a game that is losing money every year (as most seem to be) - will somehow become a lucrative venture. Hush now Next you'll be pointing out the lack of clothes the Emperor has. The delusion that promotion brings profits is for those starved of success for so long that anything is believable. The increase in TV money from promotion to the Championship will be swallowed up by higher wages and the need to strengthen and I have yet to see a PL club making a profit regularly. The only way to make money is by player trading. As Ashton did with Webster to Brighton. The rest is just a constant drain.
