I had a lot of time for Jim and felt he was treated unfairly at the end.

I'm just not sure about the prospect of going back for any ex-managers.

I think things don't work out the first time for a reason.

Jim was a fantastic appointment for us when we had little money and he had to work on a shoestring - I'm not sure if we could have hired anyone better.

It all went wrong when the money came in. Considering the state we're in now I think that's a huge sign not to bring him back.

I don't think he built a good reputation after he left us either.

I was surprised when he got the job but felt it was handled very poorly when he left. However, I don't see any reason why he would be the right man. Should have had him on my list on the ex-players thread, though.
