I suppose in Cook's defence Norwood is always only a second away from doing something stupid, on or off the pitch. But it's the manager's job to get the best out of the squad available to him, not give up on people. His silliness around the DD charge was dealt with by the courts - Cook didn't need to get involved in anything to do with that in my (probably wrong!) opinion. | |

Cook probably just wanted to give the two strikers he signed the chance. Mcgreal doesn't feel that pressure and neither will mckenna. |  |

Was it over that or something else? Who knows? The idea of wanting to play his signings over the one already here (and with only one on the pitch at a time) all makes sense too.
Cook has gone and that is in the past. He got it right with Bonne for a good chunk of the season but he got far too much else wrong. | |
