I would be shocked if a Cessna could derail an amtrack train - they are super light aircraft.

Most of it got bunted out of the way. There is a small chance of derailment if something solid (really only the engine or perhaps the landing gear) got under the wheels, but that is fairly unlikely.

More of a risk if the tracks are damaged, but a light aircraft crash landing is not going to do that.
