Where are people parking / drinking tomorrow.
Looking on football ground guide site they say the Railway Hotel on Penniston road is away fan friendly.
Is this the best option to park near the ground and get the tram into Sheffield and back for kick off as there are hop on and off tickets |  | | |  |

The Railway is alright, good beer and very cheap. I'm getting the train in so more likely to drink centrally but would go there if nearer the ground. |  |

Yeah if travelling by train visit the Sheffield Tap inside the station. Real ale etc , it’s ok
Pubs around Hillsborough can be a little spikey so Kelham Island might be worth a visit. Old industrial / steelworks area with more and more cool bars opening by the week- would perhaps be “safer”.
Have a great time in my adopted industrious but brilliant city
That said I still want to take the 3 points tomorrow giving me a full weekend of banter with my Wednesday supporting mates |  |

Pubs around Hillsborough can be a little spikey so Kelham Island might be worth a visit. Old industrial / steelworks area with more and more cool bars opening by the week- would perhaps be “safer”.

"ok" its one of the best pubs in Sheffield :) or at least it was last time I visited, literally one of those pubs I could happily stay in rather than go to the match.
the Fat Cat in Kelham island is worth a visit, its the original Fat Cat, that inspired the Norwich and Ipswich ones, theres the Kelham Island tavern too.

2nd vote for the fat cat. Lovely pub in kelham Island. There's plenty of nice bars/pubs/cafes in kelham Island too.
