That is pretty awesome to see to be honest. Hope he does well.

Just looked at the table to consider if there was a nicer club he could have gone too, and as an aside I've just noticed that the budgies are out of the bottom three. What the f...? How crap must the other 3 be?

Back on topic, hope he does well. Seems like a decent fella and I'm glad he can still chase his dreams.

Poll: Do you think Pert is key to all of this?

Isn't it. I am not the only person who watched events unfold and thought he was dead on the pitch last summer.

So for him to be in a position where he can safely play footie again is wonderful news.

I am extremely anxious about Eriksen playing pro football again with an ICD. OK, it's his decision but if anything happens, a few people will look at themselves. Playing top level football is extremely demanding on the heart.

Look at games played though, played at least 2 more than most, 5 more than Burnley

Bit of a coup that for Brentford. I'm sure their fans are buzzing.

Great to see. However, I still can't get my head around the fact that Brentford can attract a player like that. I know he has limited options and there is risk attached, but still. In my mind Brentford are a lower league club playing at a ramshackle hole of a ground.

Just goes to show how things can change in this game.

It's all about getting to the Premier League & then staying there. Currently almost half the PL clubs are no bigger than Town. However, half the clubs in the 2nd tier are as big as Town & we still have to contend with Sunderland, Wednesday, Portsmouth & Charlton in this league. Even if we do get promoted, I will be intrigued how much Gamechanger will be prepared to lose each season in an attempt to get into the Premier League.
