How many times this season have we come from behind 06:46 - Apr 20 with 641 viewsVic

to take the lead?

I know we didn’t win in the end, but I don’t seem to remember many times that we’ve got into a winning position after we’ve been losing.

Poll: Right now, who would you rather have as Prime Minister?

Wycombe away and Accrington in January.

Hmmm, that’s what I thought.

Another thing to work on for next season! That, and defending corners, taking corners (and free kicks in general) and scoring goals.

Although TBF we haven't been behind that many times under McK and got a draw at Morecombe in another. Disallowed goal against Cambridge in there too.

It's the same general point about needing to be a bit more direct, at times, in forward areas. It feels like our set piece delivery has been better in recent games just that we have a little bit of a hang-up about it now.

Wigan clearly showed the value of both a very good in-form striker and good set piece delivery last night though.

Keane - one and a half chances, two goals.

That's the difference. You aren't going to create a plethora of chances every week and you need your forwards to be reliable/clinical when chances do come about.

Keane staying fit in Spring 2019 would probably have made the end to our season a bit better, the additional quality was obvious when he and Judge came into the side. He would be playing in the Championship but for his injury record I think. But, yes, that extra quality wins promotions.

That said, Chaplin's finishing is generally very good. The way he made space and the right angle for his goal yesterday was very good.

Keane's first goal last night was very similar to the header Bonne scored at home against Shrewsbury earlier this season. The type of goal he doesn't look like he'd score in a month of Sundays now - it's been sad to watch him fall apart this season.

If anyone is a believer in karma, Keane was owed a goal after the one he put away in the match at Wigan was chalked off for offside - not sure it was.... He has been really good against us in both games.
