What a load of BS. I appreciate it's a difficult time for the industry but I wouldn't say moving a flight from 11am to 7am was 'minor', especially with 2 little ones in tow. Not entitled to any refund. Fact of the matter is I wouldn't have booked that flight had it been 7am.

They said anything less than 6 hours constitutes a minor change and legally no obligation to refund. Mad. I'm not asking for compensation, just give me a refund and sell the seat to someone else.
I go mid June for a week. I'm sure we'll find a way and appreciate its a 1st world problem, but a 4am start will end in tears by the time we land I'm sure.

I recently had a flight moved from 2pm to 6am. Nice.
Airlines can pretty much do anything e.g. cancel a flight or change the time, as long as they give you 2 weeks notice. You can then accept the new time or cancel & get your money back.
