Based purely on Ashtons comments last summer. Are we to assume that any media talk about signings are made IF they are close to being finalised?
I'd always thought no... after all clicks win prizes. But if he was requesting stories not to be let out as it hurt deals.. how are we to take them ( EADT TWTD ones etc not the random twitter account ones) |  |

It's not that hard to comprehend really. Just have to understand the difference between a story talking about a link (which usually come with a reference to another news source) or a story talking about something expected to happen, which suggests news from a direct source. |  |

Well considering the news stories dried up after his comments last summer, it wasn't that clear cut tbh. Nothing happened until a signing was about 2 hours away.
BTW. I'm referring to the ones without links in them.. so the '...... understand ones. [Post edited 13 May 2022 17:32]
