The ‘transfer window’ is such a myth. Clubs can literally sign players whenever they like. Clubs have been announcing deals for players even before the last game of the season.

It really doesn’t matter when we announce him (if he signing at all).

Probably get shot down for this but I would sign him in a heartbeat....in a different league. I'm not sure league 1 is where he can excel week in week out. Having said that I would still sign him because I think we'll go up next season. A bit cryptic but I'm sure you know what I mean.
